Host was very responsive and proactive with anything we needed. It matches the pictures and beds were very comfortable. Did not run out of hot water with our large group taking showers back to back. Was large enough for all of us and plenty of sleeping space. Very quick and close to get into the city even with traffic. Lots of places to order food from. Definitely recommend for larger groups and will stay again.

The place was gorgeous and perfect for a group weekend away. Our host was incredibly responsive to all of our questions. The location was perfect for getting to activities in NYC or in nearby areas of NJ. We had plenty of space, all the amenities we could need and found the house in perfect condition. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

This is my first time renting and Airbnb.I wasn’t expecting this kind of experience with Airbnb cos my view of prospective I think hotel is better but I was wrong this Airbnb is beyond better the some of hotel I stayed very clean and also the host are very responsible especially Shailesh he keep on touch with me all the time and fulfill all the needs for my better stay, we will definitely recommend this place for my friends and family. Our stay was incredible at Islam’s place, the house was really clean, the living room area is comfortable to watch tv and relax, the beds are super comfortable as well. I will surely come back again. The location is close to the newark airport and also manhattan. Great host, always responsive and kind to us.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean and came equipped with all the essential kitchen appliances, which made it easy to prepare meals. It’s located in a convenient area—only about a 20-minute drive to Manhattan without traffic. Having space to park two cars was a big plus for our family. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn't exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Cancellation policy

This property follows Modern Stay NJ’s standard cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy

1. Refundable Bookings
Cancellation Deadlines
• For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
• For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
• Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
After the deadline - Fair-Refund policy
• If you cancel after the deadline:
• Modern Stay NJ will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
• The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or rebooking rate.
• Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
2. Non-refundable Bookings
• If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
3. Half-Now-Half-Later Bookings
• The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
• The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy.
4. Date Changes & Rebooking
• Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself.
• If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
5. Transfers to Another Guest
• You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge.
• Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email.
• The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
6. Policy Match Guarantee
• If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Modern Stay NJ will match it.
